Supporting Future Generations of Matadors
Each 4" x 8" brick features a personalized inscription from the donor. Bricks will be installed in phases around the Matador Plaza area. This project seeks to continue the legacy began in 2011 with the installation on campus of a spectacular bronze statue of our mascot, The Matador. Bricks may be purchased individually or in groups in tribute to students, alumni, families, employees, campus organizations, athletic teams or Matador fans. Only one brick size and inscription package is available.
Net proceeds from the project will support programs and services to engage Matador alumni with current students throughout their time on campus.
ORDERING INFORMATION:
A contribution of $150 per brick entitles you to recognition on a 4" x 8" brick. Contributions are 100% tax-deductible and qualify for most matching-gift programs.
Bricks will be installed on campus twice a year.
Gifts may be paid in-full or payable in monthly/quarterly recurring payments not to exceed 1 year. For example, a $150 gift can be paid in installments of $12.50 per month for 12 months. INSCRIPTION SPECIFICATIONS:
What you print on your brick is your choice. Donors receive two lines of text with 20 character spaces per line maximum. All letters in your inscription will be automatically CAPITALIZED and all lines will be automatically centered. Keep in mind that any punctuation and spaces between words count as a character. Custom characters options such as hearts, stars, Greek letters, etc., are not available. You do not need to use both lines. Inscription requests must be designated at time of payment.
