Join CSUN’s FIRE (Finance, Insurance and Real Estate) alumni chapter and the CSUN Real Estate Center as we host a distinguished and diverse group of panelists in the insurance & real estate industries, as well as representatives from the local government and agencies. They will discuss with you the many roles local government and market participants play in helping home owners and investors plan for, and navigate through, the aftermath of a natural disaster.
Topics include big picture strategic and readiness considerations, as well as loss and damage mitigation. Our panel will also discuss what our local leaders and professional community are doing, and should be doing, to navigate existing challenges, such as the Los Angeles homeless crisis. We will discuss the lessons learned from the recent fires and floods, and discuss appropriate steps as our community seeks to rebuild.
