Leadership:

Armen Haroutunian ’13


Armen is an Associate with Freddie Mac, where he underwrites multifamily mortgages throughout the western United States. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Armen managed an investment portfolio of office and retail properties located in California, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Indiana. Armen is a 2013 graduate of Cal State Northridge with a degree in Finance. He serves on the board for the Finance, Insurance and Real Estate (“FIRE”) Alumni Chapter of Cal State Northridge. Armen has taken numerous real estate finance courses at UCLA Extension and is a graduate of the USC Ross Program in Real Estate. He is currently pursuing his Master’s of Business Administration at USC.
 
Ben Gary 


Ben Gary is the founder and lead advisor at Sevenly Group, a boutique real estate services company. Prior to founding Sevenly Group, Ben spent over 11 years as an advisor to organizations within CBRE’s Office Occupier Services division. Ben began his real estate career with CBRE as a Research Analyst supporting some of the top office, industrial, retail and investment professionals on the West Coast. He graduated from CSUN with a double major in Real Estate and Finance. Ben is a founding member of the CSUN Finance, Insurance and Real Estate (FIRE) Alumni Chapter where he serves on the board. Ben resides with his wife in Downtown Los Angeles.
 
Cesar Gonzalez 


Cesar is a Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams Realty in Studio City. He has been in the real estate industry since 2002. He brings a broader view to buyers and sellers of real estate through his exposure in the mortgage industry and experience in the development of various housing tracts. He graduated in 2001 with a degree in Finance and International Business. While at CSUN, Cesar was a University Ambassador, a member and president of Delta Sigma Pi, and part of the Latino Business Association (LBA). Upon graduation, Cesar worked in the IT field and was hired by an interactive firm that specialized in online marketing. He then transitioned into real estate in 2002 and started a firm to focus on residential and commercial real estate and finance. He then got into development by starting with several condo conversion projects throughout the city, developed a condominium high-rise in Rosarito Beach and culminated with a multi-tract development in West Texas. He is currently the chapter president of the CSUN Alumni FIRE chapter.
 
Emin Vartanian 


Emin Vartanian has over 9 years of experience working in the real estate and mortgage industry. He has received numerous recognitions for his accomplishments and industry awards. Realtors he has partnered with rely on his expertise and guidance to help their clients successfully qualify for their home loans. What sets Emin apart from others in the industry is his commitment to his customers and extensive knowledge base, partly due to what he learned when completing his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. Emin is also a Board Member of the Finance, Insurance and Real Estate Alumni Chapter (FIRE) where he donates his time to help current students navigate the profession.
Raschel Barlow 


Raschel Barlow is an expert Realtor based in Southern California with an extensive background in real estate, mortgage financing, and the residential appraisal process. As managing partner of the Barlow Real Estate Group, Raschel is passionate about sharing her industry knowledge with others. She is a trusted fiduciary, imparting trust and confidence to each of her clients. She consistently yields high quality results by ensuring every client receives thoughtful and thorough guidance. Raschel has specialized education in Organizational Leadership and Development and Legal Studies making her uniquely qualified to offer a critical business perspective with the knowledge on how to best leverage available resources. Raschel is involved in many local charities and organizations and believes in making a positive impact in her community. More than just donating money, Raschel and her team also donate their time through volunteerism. She believes passion to do the very best for each and every client is the key.
