Meet our President:
Cesar Gonzalez has more than a decade’s worth of experience in the real estate and the financial industry. He graduated from California State University Northridge in 2001 with a degree in Finance and International Business. While at CSUN Cesar was a University Ambassador, a member and President of Delta Sigma Pi, and was involved with the Latino Business Association (LBA).
Upon graduation, Cesar worked in the IT field and was hired by an interactive firm that specialized in online marketing. He then transitioned into real estate in 2002 and started a firm to focus on residential and commercial real estate and finance. By 2006 he was leading a team of 25 agents. He then got into development by starting with several condo conversion projects throughout the city, developed a condominium high-rise in Rosarito Beach and culminated with a 98-tract home development in West Texas.
In 2012, Cesar started Parker + McQueen Inc., with Andrew Sterling, a vertically integrated full-service residential and commercial real estate company. At the moment, the team at Parker + McQueen Inc. is consistently doing more than $10 million a month in transactions. This momentum is expected to continue with figures forecasted to double over the next year.
Cesar holds a real estate brokers license, an insurance agent’s license, and a mortgage loan originator’s license. An active person in the local community, Cesar is a longtime supporter of the Hollygrove Orphanage in Hollywood, an active member of the Southland Association of Realtors and a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
