Recreation and Tourism Alumni Chapter

The goals and objectives of the Recreation and Tourism Chapter are

a) To create opportunities for alumni to become more connected to and interactive with the university and recreation constituency;

b) To honor and showcase our alumni;

c) To strengthen and improve the chapter, its alumni, faculty and students;

d) To heighten the perception of our Recreation Chapter, the Leisure Studies and Recreation Department, and CalState Northridge.

e) To increase the general awareness and knowledge of the many different facets of the Leisure Studies and Recreation profession – therapeutic, general recreation programs, park maintenance and tourism.
