Dahlmeier, who now represents Oroville, replaced trustee Lou Cecchi, who resigned in December after serving on the board since 1990. Dahlmeier is the president of Dahlmeier Insurance and a member of the Oroville Rotary Club and Fellows Club of Oroville.
