Before You Register - International Students
Visa & Immigration Advisement
- All new F-1 international students:
- Complete the online Six-Step Immigration Requirements as soon as you are admitted.
- File your "Intent to Register" online by May 1, 2020. Log into myNorthridge Portal with your CSUN user ID and password, and in the My Status box, select the Intent to Register link. No deposit is charged to file your intent.
- J-1 Visa students: Visit J-1 Visa Holding Exchange Students for your next steps including advisement.
Before enrolling in classes, all CSUN students must complete the Title IX "Not Anymore" online workshop to remove the related registration hold.
