How to Register
First plan your schedule with an academic advisor and the Degree Planning Tools in myNorthridge Portal > Academics tab > Academic Quick Links box. Then get ready to enroll!
- Look for registration holds in myNorthridge Portal > My Checklist and clear them. Complete the "Not Anymore" online training to clear the "T9" hold. Helpful: How to Access Title IX Training
- Though you may not see an immunization hold for your first semester, you will for your second semester if you haven’t met the immunization requirements for students entering CSUN for the first time in Fall 2020. Please see Immunizations.
- Locate your enrollment appointment date and time in My Checklist. This is when your access to the online, self-service registration system begins. (If no appointment displays, you can enroll right away unless you have a registration hold.)
- Enroll in classes online when your appointment arrives and thereafter, with an academic advisor if required. Helpful: How-To Guides
- Pay your tuition and other fees, which are due upon registration but no later than the deadlines published in the Fee Payment Schedule. Check out the handy Fall 2020 fee payment flyer at the link below:
- Note: Financial aid recipients with enough "anticipated aid" to cover tuition and other fees do not need to pay at the time of registration. Anticipated aid is aid awarded to you and accepted by you that has not yet been paid into your CSUN student account.
