To change your academic schedule during the FOURTH WEEK of classes, you need to:
- File the completed and signed "4th Week Change of Schedule Petition" with Admissions & Records during Week 4.
- Submit the form no later than Friday, February 14, 2020, before close of business at 4:00 pm.
