Starting today and for Week 4 only, you must request all changes to your class schedule using the 4th Week Change of Schedule Petition. For each schedule change, the signatures of the instructor and department chair are required.
- File the completed form with Admissions and Records in person no later than Friday, September 19, 2014 before 4:00 pm.
- Changes made by the end of the third week of instruction are considered official and unalterable. Changing a schedule during and after the 4th week of the semester is permitted only in extraordinary circumstances.
