Undergraduate students may apply to graduate for the spring, summer or fall terms. As soon as you complete 90 units including units in progress, you will receive an email from Undergraduate Degree Services that you are eligible to apply to graduate. Contact your academic advisor to review completed and incomplete degree requirements.
Spring 2023 Graduation Due Dates:*
- Sept. 23, 2022 - Last day to apply for Spring 2023 graduation without a late fee. Applying after this date, whether online or on paper, will require a $10.00 late fee. Helpful: Online Graduation Application Guide
- March 3, 2023 - Last day to apply for graduation in order to participate in the 2023 Commencement Ceremony and have your name published in the program.
- July 28, 2023 - Last day to submit documents and confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Spring 2023 graduation. Note: You must complete the course work for any grades of Incomplete by the official last day of your graduating term (i.e., May 25 for Spring 2023).
*The Office of Undergraduate Degree Services closes at 4:00 p.m. Please arrive by 3:45 p.m.
