March 15, 2019 is the on-time application deadline to apply for Fall 2019 graduation. Applying after this date will require a $10.00 late fee.
Undergraduate students may apply to graduate for the spring, summer or fall terms. As soon as you complete 90 units, you will receive an email from Undergraduate Degree Services that you are eligible to apply to graduate. Contact your academic advisor to review completed and incomplete degree requirements.
Fall 2019 Graduation Due Dates:*
- March 15, 2019 - On-time application deadline to apply for Fall 2019 graduation. Applying online or on paper after this date will require a $10.00 late fee. Helpful: Online Graduation Application User Guide
- August 16, 2019 - Last day to apply for graduation online. Applying for Fall 2019 graduation after this date will require not only the $10.00 late fee but also a paper application.
- February 21, 2020- Last day to submit documents and confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Fall 2019.*
*The Office of Undergraduate Degree Services closes at 4:00 pm on Fridays.
