Your academic schedule is considered official and unalterable by the end of the third week of instruction. Changes to your schedule in the fourth week and later are permitted only in extraordinary circumstances.
If it becomes necessary to add a class, drop, or change the basis of grading during the fourth week—from September 18-22, 2017—you must complete the "4th Week Change of Schedule Petition." Each schedule change requires the signatures of the instructor and department chair. The petition form is accepted during Week 4 only.
File the completed form in person with Admissions and Records, Student Services Center, Bayramian Hall Lobby (BH 100), no later than Friday, September 22, before close of business at 4:00 pm.
