High School Outreach Ambassadors will work in teams in order to present at several local high schools in the San Fernando Valley area. The presentations will consist of presenting career information regarding the area of discipline/major you are currently a part of.
Qualifications:
- Be a Junior or Senior
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Have the capacity to work in teams
- Strong public-speaking skills, listening skills, critical thinking skills, and teamwork skills
- Strong capacity to work with Activity Director, fellow High School Outreach Ambassadors, high school faculty/staff, and high school students
- Have a flexible schedule in order to allow for several presentations at different high schools, meetings with the Activity Director, and attend practice sessions
