This form is for CSUN instructors only, who may use it to request accounts or courses for various on-line teaching tools.
Please complete all fields unless otherwise specified. Requests may take up to 2-3 business days to process. Any questions about this form or your application status or account policies may be directed to webteach@csun.edu.

PLEASE NOTE: CSUN operates WebCT as a courseware / learning management system. WebCT offers bulletin boards, discussion forums, online quizzes, online surveys, interactive chats, an image database, etc., etc.

Turnitin (plagiarism prevention software).
QuizMaker (non-password protected program for online quizzes).
Flashlight (an online survey program). Limited to CSUN instructors.
LecShare (convert Powerpoint to accessible web format).
Respondus (upload text format quizzes to WebCT, PC only)
Studymate (convert WebCT quizzes to web activities, PC only)
SoftChalk Lesson Builder (for creation of interactive web lessons)
