Our Plan was to turn the hull with standard engine hoists, one at the bow...

...and one at the stern (transom)

After jacking the hull up about 20" above the floor, and with breath tightly held, we begin the roll-over !

The crew at the stern hangs on tightly!

once righted, we placed the cradle amidships...

and the crew (builder at left) celebrates a successful day.
