Professor Smith, my name is John Brown. I am a graduate student at CSUN. We are engaged in helping the Provost and his administration evaluate alternative course scheduling on this campus. Your class and its students have been chosen to answer a short 10 minute questionnaire this semester. Although their participation is completely anonymous and voluntary, these students do represent the larger population at CSUN and, therefore, their input is vital.
