RTM 251 - Breaking News Flash - Bulletin
November 2, 2009
Reminder: December 2 is the deadline for Quiz 3, 4, and 5. Don't wait til the last minute to attempt all three - the lack of reading and study time will be intense when combined with general end of the semester crunch time from other courses. Remember, major sections of this course are based on individual study so you must keep up with the reading and the Quiz formats.
The research paper deadline is fast approaching. November 20. Please note the requirement for submitting an assignment in terms of file name. It is covered at the web page (your name and assignment must be in the file - e.g. alwright251research.doc)
Quiz 4 is now available at the Moodle site. Note preparation suggestions found in Lecture Topic 4.

Updates and Assignments for Week # 3
1. Okay - so my big plans to migrate everything into the university's new learning platform (moodle.csun.edu) has been seriously delayed. Sorry :(! So for the moment we will be running the class from this faculty page. Check with this page Breaking News for updates on assignments. I will catch up eventually.
2. If you are behind - please read the posting from previous news releases below to make sure you are doing all of the work.
3. New assignment: begin lecture one readings related to Quiz One which is found on the Assignments page. Do the reading described there - the Louv discussion forum connected to Quiz one will not be up on Moodle until Monday Sept 14.
4. I teach some outdoor field education classes (this weekend I'm gone Thursday night through Sunday evening) so I can't respond to emails during that time. Send any questions and I will respond on Monday.
