Safety in a post-9/11 world

9/11. Hurricane Katrina. The Northridge Earthquake. Accidents have long been the leading cause of death for young people (motor vehicle accidents come to mind). However, in a post-9/11 world, emergency response to terrorism and other events have taken on a new meaning. This class places all of these risks into perspective, and covers the strategies for preventing as well as responding to a wide range of events.
