Comments on the BICC 10-95 meeting

The BICC Executive Committee met at CSU-Sacramento on Thursday afternoon, 5 October 1995, and the main meeting was on Friday, 6 October 1995. Minutes of the meeting will be posted here soon. One of the main topics was on the International Database Workshop, see below.
