Nortwestern State University Questions:f

Your consulting firm has been hired by the President of North Western State University to produce a report evaluating the strategic planning effort undertaken by the School of Business.  In preparing your report be sure to incorporate at a minimum the answers to the five following questions:

Q. 1.     Identify the key stakeholders in NWSU’s environment whose support is important to the University.

Q. 2.     How has NWSU’s environment changed over time?

Q. 3.     Evaluate the strategic goals selected by the School of Business against its changing environment.  Do the goals fit well with the changes in its environment?  Why or Why not?

Q. 4.     Evaluate the planning process that was undertaken by the School of Business.  Does the process demonstrate sound strategy?

Q. 5.     What recommendations, if any, would your firm propose to improve the School of Business planning process?
