To reduce a fraction find a number that will divide into both the
numerator and denominator.  Divide the numerator and the denominator
by that number to deterine the equivalent fraction.

Example:  24                   4                   2
         ---  divide by 6  =  ---- divide by 2 =  ----
          36                   6                   3
Equivalent Fractions:
Example:  3    ?    Note: The relationship of the two denominators 4 & 8.
          -    -          The 8 is 2 times the 4.
          4    8          Therefore the ? must b 2 times the 3, or 6
                          The denominators and numerators must have the
                          same relationship for the fractions to be equal.
