DIVISION OF POLYNOMINALS

To divide a monomial by a monomial, you divide the numerical
coefficients, and, if the bases are the same,
you subtract the exponents.  The exponent is indicated in
brackets  [ ].
Example:
   1.  12X[3]     12X[3]-[2]
       ------  =  ----------   =  6X
       2X[2]          2

   2.  12X[4]     4X[4]
       ------  =  -------
        3Y[2]      Y[2]
To divide a polynomial by a monomial, divide each term of the
polynomial by the monomial.
Example:
    3x[2]+9X[2]-27X    3X[2]  9X[2]  27X
    ---------------  = ---- + ---- - ---- = X[2]+3X-9
           3X           3X     3X     3X
