The International
Institute for Sustainable Development
(IISD) maintains a Compendium
page of global indicator initiatives.
The International Sustainability Indicators Network (ISIN) has a resource
page with useful links as well.
The Sustainability Report, affiliated
with the York Center for Applied Sustainability at the York University, Ontario, is a very valuable
resource as well.
The organization, Redefining Progress, maintains a web site
with some very useful material (particularly as it pertains to their
ecological footprint-related work, but lots of other good stuff as well). [See particularly their publications

The National Center for Environmental Decision-Making Research has a site with some sustainability-relevant information.
