CSU Capital Planning, Design and Construction maintains the CSU Commitment to Sustainability web page, which contains a number of resources pertaining to sustainability. The Climate Change link contains additional resources as well.
The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability In Higher Education (AASHE) has an American College and University Presidents Climate Commitment which aims to obligate campuses to move toward carbon neutrality with specific commitments. They also provide a variety of resources to help campuses move toward a carbon-neutral state, including the following:

Associations Network for Sustainability (DANS) A network of professional associations working on professionalizing
sustainability research and teaching.

Associations Sustainability Consortium (HEASC) A network of higher education associations working to advance sustainability
within the higher education system.
á Sustainability Tracking, Assessment, and Rating System (STARS) A collaborative effort to develop a formal rating system for campus sustainability, with standards by which institutions may measure themselves and qualify for different levels of recognition of accomplishment. The project responds to the need expressed by many stakeholders for a standard campus sustainability rating system that compares higher education institutions on progress toward sustainability.

They invite submissions of abstracts for its 2nd biennial conference - AASHE 2008: Working Together for Sustainability Ð On Campus and Beyond (Nov 9-11, 2008, Raleigh, NC).
The Clean Air-Cool Planet website has a Campus Climate Action Toolkit that provides guidance for GHG Inventories.
The National Wildlife FederationÕs Campus Ecology web site maintains a Chill Out: Campus Solutions To Global Warming page with various resources and examples of strategies adopted by a number of campuses.
