       (computed according to the percentages above) must be at
       least 50.

   2.  No late homeworks will be accepted. 
       
   3.  There are no make up exams. In case of an emergency make sure to
       contact me as soon as possible to make appropriate arrangements.
      
   4.  All exams will be closed books and closed notes.  You may only
       use your calculators.
