                  Homeworks                                          15%
                  Exam 1                                             25%
                  Exam 2                                             25%
                  Final Exam                                         35%

Remarks:  a.  To pass this class your total course score, computed 
              according to the above percentages, must be at least 50.

          b.  There will be no make up exams. 

          c.  Late homeworks will not be accepted.
 
          d.  In case of an emergency make sure to contact me as soon as
              possible to make appropriate arrangements for late homeworks
              and/or exams.

          e.  All exams will be closed books and closed notes. The final
              exam will be a comprehensive exam.
