		  Exam 1 (Chapters 7 and 8)                          22%
		  Exam 2 (Chapter 9 and first half of 10)            22%
		  Exam 3 (Second half of chapter 10 and 11)          22%
		  Common Final Exam (Thursday July 31,2003)          30%

Remarks:  a.  To pass this class you must complete at least 50% of the 
	      course work.
          b.  There will be no make up exams or quizzes. (In case of an 
	      emergency contact me immediately.)
	  c.  Late groupworks, homeworks or quizzes will not be accepted.
	  d.  Refer to the yellow information sheet for all other
	      requirements for passing this class. This yellow information
	      sheet was handed out on the first day of class.
