NOTEBOOK REQUIREMENT- ALL STUDENTS are required to have a Health Notebook at ALL times! This notebook is a major part of each student's grade and will be used on a daily basis. Failure to come to class prepared will result in a lowered grade. Notebooks are checked every 2-3 weeks for completeness and accuracy. Notebooks are worth 30 points each time, and late notebooks will not be graded!
