The Poets

Chapter Project:Introduction to Creativity

Semester Project:The Genius Connection

Hi, we are students at Cal State Northridge, enrolled in the Psychology of Creativity. One of our assignment was to make a group website of what we have done all semester. We learned a lot in this class -- mainly how to be creative and most importantly, the infinite defenitions of what creativity is. We learned that being creative is being unique in your own way, being an individual, and making something out of nothing. We learned that we are all creative in one way or another, since the day we were born and for all eternity. We can even be creative in everyday, ordinary tasks. We hope you enjoy our website and come back soon.

Relationships

Relationships - of all kinds - are like sand held in your hand.
Held loosely, with an open hand, the sand remains where it is.
The minute you close your hand and squeeze tightly to hold on,
the sand trickles through your fingers.
You may hold onto some of it, but most is spilled.
A relationship is like that - held loosely,
with respect and freedom for the other person,
it is likely to remain intact.
But hold too tightly, too possessively,
and the relationship slips away and is lost.
