Level  I-

Student Teaching Evaluation

 The Evaluation is completed online by the University Supervisor (SPED 580D & SPED 506D)  and the Cooperating Teacher (SPED 580D).


Portfolio Rubric

The Portfolio Rubric is completed online by the University Supervisor (SPED 580D & SPED 506D).

Dispositions

 The Dispositions form is completed online by the University Supervisor and in hard-copy format  by the Student Teacher or Intern (SPED 580D or SPED 506D).


Level II

SPED 628D (Beginning Induction) Portfolio Rubric

The Porrfolio Rubric is completed online by the University Supervisor during SPED 628D- beginning of induction.

SPED 629D (Completion of Induction) Portfolio Rubric

The Porrfolio Rubric is completed online by the University Supervisor during SPED 628D- completion of induction.

Dispositions

 The Disposition form is completed by the University Supervisor and in hard-copy format  by the Level II Candidate.

New Level II Program Requirement, English Learner Authorization

If you were admitted to the Level II program after June 2007, you are required to complete SPED 624- English Learners with Disabitlies course. Please speak with your Advisor for more information.
