Teachers enrolled in SPED 628MS develop an induction plan with specific goals that are to be completed over the two year period. Teachers also complete a portfolio – the portfolio for SPED 628MS documents current level of performance with goals for the future; the portfolio for SPED 629MS documents how goals developed during SPED 628MS were met. Both portfolios are used to document competence in the Level II standards.
