• state department of rehabilitation
• community based organizations
• Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf

Most agencies request 3 - 5 days notice. Have the following information ready:

1. Date & time of meeting

2. Name of contact person & company

3. Address of company, including room number, zip code & nearest cross streets

4. Telephone number, including extension & area code

5. State what the event is (meeting, job interview, etc.) & request any special circumstances: ASL interpreter, signed English, oral, etc.
