a Job Analysis:
- How is the task performed?
- How often is the task performed?
Are less frequent tasks as important as those done more frequently?
- How much time is allocated to perform the task? Is the pace consistent?
- Why is the task performed?
- Where is the task performed?
- How is success measured?
- What happens if the task is done wrong?
- What aptitudes are necessary?
- What knowledge/skills are necessary?
- How much physical exertion is required?
- What are the environmental conditions?
- How much mental/emotional exertion?
- What possible reasonable accommodations could be applied if needed?
