Undue Hardship?

• Making a reasonable accommodation would be a significant difficulty or expense

• The nature & net cost of the accommodation & the availability of tax credits and deductions must be considered

• The overall financial resources of the business are taken into account

• Possible alternative accommodations that would be less costly also need to be considered
