New Student Advisement


Welcome to the College of Science and Mathematics (CSM) Student Services Center (SSC)/Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) Satellite Office. Before you come to your Advisement and Registration Session, please carefully read the information in the document below to be better prepared as it contains important topics that will be discussed in your Advisement and Registration Session (you will need Adobe Reader to view the document, which can be downloaded <here>).

Student Acknowledgement Form:

You will be required to read the information on the following pages and bring a signed copy of the Student Acknowledgement Signature Form (page 8) to your Advisement and Registration Session.

If you are late to your appointment, your session will be rescheduled.

Make sure you allow yourself enough time to get to your session on time. Directions may be found on our campus website at http://www.csun.edu/~pubrels/directions/directions.html. If you plan to utilize campus parking it will cost $5.00 per day. A Campus Map is included on the last page of the document.

Note: You must have an appointment in order to receive advisement. Walk-In service will not be provided.  Also, parents/guardians/visitors will not be allowed into the Advisement and Registration Session.
