A dermatologist specializes in diagnosis and treatment of diseases/conditions of the skin, hair, or nails. $25.00 for new appointments; $15.00 for follow-up appointments; $30.00 for procedure appointsments. Additional charges may apply.

A gynecologist specializes in the diagnsois and treatment of diseases of the female reproductive system.
Immunization services include: Hepatitis B vaccine, Measles/Mumps/Rubella, Meningoccocal vaccine, HPV vaccine, TDAP (Tetanus), flu shots, TB tests and a wide range of travel immunizations. Titers (blood tests) are available to determine immunity. Please review the California State University immunization requirements.
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) states, "breastfeeding ensures the best possible health as well as the best developmental and psychosocial outcomes for the infant." The SHC can arrange to provide a private location for breastfeeding or collection of breast milk. If interested, please call 818-677-3666, select Appointments, (Option 1). Ask to speak with someone in the Clinical Support Unit to reserve available space.
Nutrition services are provided by a Registered Dietitian and Peer Nutrition Counselors (PNCs). Private appointments are available for dietary analyses and to discuss weight loss/gain, healthy eating, sports nutrition, healthy recipes, cultural dietary issues, and medically-related dietary needs.
Physical therapy is available by prescription and referral from a Klotz Student Health Center or outside health care provider. $5.00 per visit.
Orthopedists specialize in musculoskeletal problems.
Podiatrists diagnose and treat medical and surgical problems of the feet and ankles.
Services are available for those who are interested in quitting smoking. Physician services and/or behavior modification support provided by our Wellness Coach are both available.
Services available to help athletes and other perform to their personal best.

Consultation is available for health concerns and recommended immunizations when traveling abroad. Appointments should be scheduled 4-6 weeks before travel. Consultation fee: Personal travel: $10 per visit; Academic travel: free. Immunizations offered at low cost.
