How to Cancel An Appointment
Students who need to cancel an appointment should do so by contacting the health center at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. This notification allows the health center to offer the appointment to another student, resulting in more patient visits and reduced delays in scheduling appointments.
To cancel an appointment, call (818) 677-3666 or call the department with whom you scheduled your appointment. If you leave a message, be sure to include your name and appointment date and time.
