How to use access keys
This information applies to pages in the CSUN template system.Windows-press ALT + an access key. Macintosh-press CTRL + an access key.

How to Cancel An Appointment
When you cancel an appointment, the health center can offer the appointment to another student, resulting in more patient visits and shorter wait times for appointments.
No-Show Policy
Patients who do not keep scheduled appointments are subject to a no-show charge as described below.
- Basic Services
- Appointments that are not kept and not cancelled within a minimum of 2 hours before the appointment time are subject to a no-show charge of $5.00.
- Low-Cost Services
- Appointments that are not kept and not cancelled at least one business day before the appointment are subject to a no-show charge as follows:
- Acupuncture - $20.00
- Chiropractic - $10.00
- Dental - $25.00
- Dermatology - $20.00
- Massage Therapy - $20.00
- Optometry - $10.00
- Appointments that are not kept and not cancelled at least one business day before the appointment are subject to a no-show charge as follows:
Online Procedure
- Log onto https://myhealth.csun.edu.
- Click on Appointments.
- Select the appointment you would like to cancel.
- Click on Cancel Appointment.
- Select a Reason.
- Click OK.
