Educational Philosophy
I believe that all instruction should be based upon the following principles: academic rigor, clear expectations, and accountable talk. All students can learn despite students' individual differences. I believe in the principles of explicit direction instruction in combination with the socialization of intelligence. I believe in collaboration as well as competition. Students' most important competitor is themselves.
