I like to think that I am a creative person. I love making things with my hands. I took jewelry classes in high school and would love to make pieces again, but the equipment necessary is out of my price range and living in an apartment doesn't lend itself to the necessary equiptment and space needed.

I also enjoy working with wood and power tools. My grandpa was an amazing craftsperson and built all of his grandkids wonderful things, from playhouses to go karts and rocking horses. I make simple furniture and picture frames. I've made headboards, shelves and tables, and benches.

My latest creative obsession is making cards for any and all occasions.
