I am often found with my head in the clouds. I guess you could say I'm happy living in my own little bubble. I like to think of myself as a free spirit, happy and floating along through this life. I'm addicted to coffee. I'm a vegetarian. It's super easy to make me laugh.
I was born in Glendale, California in September of 1984. When I was about three months old my parents and I moved to Montecito, into the house where my dad grew up. I lived there up until two years ago, when I moved to the San Fernando Valley to attend Cal State Northridge. I just finished my degree in psychology. Right now I am in the process of finding a "real job"....
Before attending CSUN I went to Santa Barbara City College for, um, three years, trying to figure out exactly what I wanted to be when I grew up (that still hasn't been figured out). I started out as a nursing student, moved to interior design, and finally settled on psychology, which lead me to CSUN.
I have three siblings, two brothers and one sister. My brother Chris is two years younger than me and still lives with my parents. My sister Missy is a senior in high school and very involved in her school theater program. My youngest brother Timmy is in 8th grade and is sort of addicted to Xbox and World of Warcraft.
Both of my parents are teachers. My dad teaches math, science and computers at a continuation high school in Santa Barbara. He is very involved in hiking and lightweight backpacking. He is also a beekeeper and his bees make awesome honey. My mom is a substitute teacher at the elementary school my siblings and I all attended. She is an amazing baker, cooking up the most amazing cookies, cakes and treats.
My boyfriend Cole and I have been going out for about a year. We met climbing in Santa Barbara and go on camping/climbing trips almost every weekend to spots all over Southern California. He's an awesome climber (just check out all his pictures on the Climbing section of my site).
