1. People regard you as a creative person. Do you agree? Please explain your answer. "Yes, I have always found ways out of situations that would have got a lot of other people caught up...I guess you could call it creative problem solving."

2. Looking at what you have created in the past, would you change anything today? Why or why not? "Nah...I always gave it my all, 110% for everything I do."

3. Have you ever doubted your talent? If so, how did you work through your doubt? "I never doubted my talent, but there were times when I did not know if I was going to be able to make it in the real...essentially, I play on the internet all day and somehow get paid for it. This could only happen in America..."

4. Have you ever felt enlightened by an event in the past that has given you a new perspective on life? Please explain. "My dog just had puppies and I was there to help...I felt like I was a dad and that made me want to become a father, not sure if my girlfriend is up for the challenge...hahaha."

5. If you and I were to trade places, tell me one thing about yourself that I should know. "I work hard for what I have...nothing has been handed to me and every day I have to wake up, motivated to achieve...failure is not an option."

6. If you could choose a theme song for the rest of your life, what would it be? " I don't know...hahaha...I am always changing who I am, so for now, the theme song to Rocky."

7. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? Please explain. "LA...my family is here, my work is here, I can stay connected to what the people want and for the most part, the weather is great. I just love LA!"

8. If your creative works had an odor, what do you think they would smell like? Why? "Success...it speaks for itself!"

9. If you could change one aspect of our society through your work, what would it be? " I would change the way society communicates...I would make it easier for people to talk and do business with each other. I am currently working on some VRS that should take communication to a whole new level. I can not talk about the specifics, but it will ensure that all cell phone owners can communicate...regardless of what language they speak. I hope that this will also improve the manner in which international business is conducted."

10. How do you want people to remember you? "As a humble guy, who values hard work and family...as a role-model to other kids that come from the ghetto, as I did...I want to be remembered for having a positive impact on society and all those that I have met."

1. People regard you as a creative person. Do you agree? Please explain your answer. "Yes. Thats all I've ever known. Ideas are colliding in my brain constantly. "

2. Looking at what you have created in the past, would you change anything today? Why or why not? "No, I wouldn't change anything. At the time each piece was done- throughout my entire life- it was appropriate at that point in time. I think every artist goes through a 'teenage phase' when the work is possibly more emotional and rebellious. But its not wrong. It's simply appropriate for that time. Ultimately, the goal should be to transcend time but we have to grow into owning that."

3. Have you ever doubted your talent? If so, how did you work through your doubt? "No, I've known that was my thing since I was about four years old. I learned how to read before I went to school so I could study art tutorials my father gave me. I would sit for hours on the stairway, watching the light come in through the dinning room window as the sun went down...mesmerized by the changing shadows in the room and the white silk curtains shifting in the breeze. From my perch, this provided hours of eye candy. And then I went to work, drawing three dimensions on a flat piece of paper. It was all very possitive. "

4. Have you ever felt enlightened by an event in the past that has given you a new perspective on life? Please explain. "Yes, I had an out of body experience when I was 16 years old that was unforgettable. 20 years later, I flipped a Honda Civic five times on the 118 freeway in Simi Valley, CA. I had a terrible gash in my head and a severe concussion. Several weeks after the accident, I realized that things weren't adding up correctly in my brain. For example, I had to look up my own address in the phone book...I didn't know my own phone number...I didn't recognize people who knew me for years. So eventually, I realized I had amnesia and I thought, Oh my God, what if I don't remember how to paint? My mind instinctively flashed back to this experience I had when I was 16 and I immediately started working on translating it into a painting. I feverishly cut a template of an octagon out of poster board, and used it to sketch in the geometery on the left panel of Venus. I dived right into the painting and the end result was a completely new type of work for me. I later went back and painted to additional panels for Venus that were completed in 1988. But the series in that style continued through many works over the following decade. "

5. If you and I were to trade places, tell me one thing about yourself that I should know. "Don't eat scallops, they make you sick. No, seriously, keep a good balance between left and right brained activity and it will be a lot easier to tap into what you're suppose to be doing here. You would want to make sure you paint, dance and play an instrument so the world doesn't overwhelm you with all its problems. You're an antenna and you have to keep the line open between you and the universal mind. That is to say, the ideas you have aren't always yours. Some are generated in the universe and you happen to pick them up. It really is a gift. And, should be cherrished as such. "

6. If you could choose a theme song for the rest of your life, what would it be? " Them Changes by Buddy Miles. Preferably the live version with Jimi Hendrix."

7. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? Please explain. "Port Lligat, Spain. That's where Salvidor Dali lived. You can see the wonderful influence in many of his paintings. "

8. If your creative works had an odor, what do you think they would smell like? Why? "An exotic perfume - possibly Yves St Laurent's Opium or the new Marciano perfume for Guess - because it would have to be incredibly intoxicating."

9. If you could change one aspect of our society through your work, what would it be? "Ah, now thats a good one. I see a lot of artists lashing out in their work to try to make a point. My feeling is that an artist can be provocative without smashing people of the head with his or her ideas. I'd like to calm everybody down a couple of notches. If I could get everyone to mellow out on an individual level, the effect would have heroic proportions."

10. How do you want people to remember you? "I would like everyone to buy t-shirts silkscreen printed and parade them daily...so much that Time Magazine would have to put it on their cover to document the phenomena."
