Class Pages and Student Evaluations

Note the dates for these pages.
If a class link below is available from this page, but not available from my home page, I am probably working on the page for a class that I am going to teach in the next semester. The link below will be to the old class page for the last time I taught the class. I leave these old links active out of laziness and the possibility a student might want to see what was done last time as a general indicator of what might be done the next time I teach the class. The link will be updated and valid from my home page, when the class page has been updated.

Student Evaluations. Students are often curious about professors and classes. The best way to find out about a teacher and a class is to ask other students that have had classes from the prof. Another source of information is student evaluations. You can also look at the textbooks used and class pages the instructor may have posted.

I don't know why CSUN does not make student evaluations public for students. After all, the students took the time to generate the data. You can view a graph of my CSUN student class evaluations compared to either the average of all CECS (college of engineering and computer science) or CS (computer science dept.) professor class evaluations for every semester I was evaluated.

There are also programming help pages available.
