  1. When was the first time that you remember realizing that you are a creative person?
     
I think I've always been a creative person, but it's taking me long time to realize what creativity means. I think I still struggle with\ what is creative and what isn't.

  2. When did you know that this was what you wanted to do with your life? How did you get started?
     
I am still trying to figure out what to do with my life. I have always been a very unsatisfied person, and it takes a lot for me to settle down. When I was doing TV, i wanted to do animation. When i was doing interactive, I wanted to do Motion Graphics, When I was doing Motion Graphics I wanted to do Advertising. i guess this is what u mean by been creative, but the more time passes by, the less corporate work that i want to do.

  2. What traits, if any, do you think that creative people have as compared to people who are not creative?
     
i am sorry i am not sure i understand the question

  2. Do believe that your training has influenced what you create?
     
I think my best training has been life, and the capacity to appreciate it. School or education is worthless if you dont truly believe in it.

  2. Have you ever felt that your personal expectations have limited your creativity? If so, how have you dealt with this?
     

Not sure I follow by personal expectations?

Yes of course. JeanM Basquiat said to a similar question: "the more i paint the more i like everything". I dont consider myself an artist by any mean. But the reality is the more i get to experience life the more I appreciate good work.

  2. How have you dealt with any criticism you have gotten because of your creative endeavors?
     

 

Not yet, and hopefully, It'll never happen.

  2. Do you ever feel that you have to censor your creativity because you don't want to offend anyone?
     

 

In advertising is an everyday story. Seems life has gotten more complicated from where I remember. You are always insulting someone.

  2. Do you do anything special to get your "creative juices" flowing? Please explain.
     

 

I could say a lot of lies to this question, but the reality is I barely have any time outside work. So I'd say is extremely refreshing to go home disconnect and plug some Adult Swim

Again working with brands everything changes depending of the client. i just try to stay truth to my believes. Try to have as much integrity as possible.

  2. If you could be any object, what would you be? Why?
     
A mexican wrestler mask. I would be a super hero, someone else's alter ego. The face on top of the face, powerful and funny.

  2. What are your words of wisdom for someone starting out in your field?
     

 

Loose your ego, work hard, and find all the things that separates you from the rest. Travel, travel and travel, Teach your eyes to what a composition is. Open your brain and always be truth to what you believe in. And again loose your ego, or the world will make you loose it.
