Course Numbers and Office Hours

The FE/EIT Review workshop for the April 2010 exam will start on 9:00AM, Saturday, January 9^th, 2010 (room to be announced). The exam date is April 17^th, 2010, and the final postmark date for filing is January 29^th, 2010. All classes are from 9:00AM to 3:00PM (with one hour lunch break). The link to the Board of Registration for Engineers and Land Surveyors is www.pels.ca.gov and an application form may be downloaded. Note the change of calculator usage starting April 2004 examination. The fee for the workshop is $345 (fee does not include books/references).

Schedule for Spring 2010 FE Workshop

The Professional Engineer Review workshops for Civil Engineers will start January 5^th, 2010. The deadline to apply for the all April 2010 PE examinations is January 4^th, 2010. The schedule is shown below:

· PE Review for the 8 Hour National Exam will start on Tuesday, January 5^th, 2010 at 7:00PM (room to be announced). Subjects covered are structural, geotechnical, construction, water resources, environmental and transportation. The course is 44 hours. The fee for the course is $625 **. The workshop includes the new material of construction engineering. Course Outline

· PE Review for the Special Surveying Exam will start Thursday, January 7^th, 2010 at 7:00PM (room to be announced). The course is 18 hours. The fee for the course is $325 **. Course Outline

· PE Review for the Special Seismic Exam will start Thursday, February 18^th, 2009 at 7:00PM (room to be announced). The course is 18 hours. The fee for the course is $325 **. Course Outline

Schedule for the PE Review Workshops at CSUN

** Fees do not include the books and reference materials. If a participant registers for all 3 workshops, the total fee will be $1,200. Please contact Nazaret Dermendjian for further information.

All classes (except Construction and transportation) start at 7:00PM and end at 9:45PM. Construction engineering and Transportation engineering are 5 ½ - hour session each on Saturdays January 23^rd, 2010 and January 30^th, 2010 from 9:00AAM to 3:30PM (with one hour lunch break).
