Thank you Bill Waite for these instructions showing
how his version is assembled using only one Heineken can.
Also shown are his designs for a small pot simmer ring, a storage cap w/ spare penny glued on, and a beautiful pot stand.

Phil Perkins: "found that by using an 8 oz. Pepsi can as the burner you don't need to crimp it. It slides right in."
Steven Wintergerst said: "...Cream soda, root beer, etc. and Sunkist orange soda have a series of small punches, going into the bottom of the can.
...the numbers make an excellent guide for drilling the recommended small holes in the center of the can...
I sealed most of my stoves by wrapping a bit of teflon tape around the burner before inserting it into the heineken bottom. "
Rob Lineberger suggested that if you use Bill's construction method:
"then you can also incorporate the polished parabola coke can reflector described at Wildwood Survival.
You simply have to glue the spare penny on the bottom of the stove (or top/base) instead of the cap.
As a bonus, it makes the (cap) potentially useful instead of 'dead weight.' :)"
