This is what happens when a guy with no experience tries to make a webpage

You got that on film?

Here’s a bunch of pictures of me, my friends, my family, and probably a few random people in the background that I don’t know.  Most of these pictures were taken by me.

Once it’s on film … you can’t really deny it — might as well put it on the web

While posing at a 70's theme party, someone pointed out that every "religious rock" album cover looks the same ... no one really looks like they know anyone else is in the picture, some people are posing, someone's just staring intently at the camera ... and there's always that one guy looking off into the distance like he doesn't know he's having his picture taken.Me and Phil roasting our bagels over campfire. We went camping at Peltier campground in Whiskeytown National Park. The creek in the background was freezing cold. Here's a picture of me doing a cartwheel on the beach in Barcelona. Random bit of information just for the few of you who will read this ... it was a nude beach ... word from the wise -- wear sunscrean. All too often parties in college require alcohol ... we decided to try something crazy like -- not drinking. You'd be surprised how much more fun your friends are when they can actually formulate complete sentences. This is a picture of the Diestelhorst bridge in Redding, CA. The bridge goes over the Sacramento River and is part of a long and beautiful walking trail. I once made reference to the Sacramento River ... one of my classmates who grew up in LA responded: "What? There's a River in Sacramento?" Has she never seen a map of California? After a few miles riding uphill ... I'm pretty sure I lost most of my sanity. This is me, and my ridiculously long tong while mountain biking near the Sacramento River. It got too hot while riding a trail at Lake Whiskeytown ... so Dave and I decided to jump in ... fully clothed. Wet shorts on a long ride sound nice at first ...

I immediately regretted that decision — the water was way too cold to be swimming

Three sweaty guys standing on a trail with Mt. Baldy in the background. It's me, my friend Cody, and my brother DaveMy brothers and I play Disk Golf, which is a lot like golf, but it's played with disks of varying sizes and weights. This is a picture of a disk I threw that ended up impaled in the ground. I'm just glad no one tried to catch it.

It’s a lot like golf without the ridiculous pants

"Merman dad...merMAN" - Zoolander. Justin and I were burried up to the waist in sand ... which was then shaped to look like a "MerMAN" tail

Me and Justin at the beach in Southern California

A sepia tone picture of my hand while I'm playing guitar. For those of you who play guitar ... there's onely one song I know of that uses that chord -- can you name it?Over the summer I nanny for a family with three kids. The kids are wonderful and clearly don't need me to take care of them ... they're probably a better influence on me than I am to them.

The River Trail

The Sacramento River Trail in Redding, CA

Bridge Crossing

That little dot is my brother Scot

This is a picture of the Sacramento River Trail. It's really pretty and shows a great example of a riparian habitat -- willows, alders, water ... and the one thing I haven't seen much of since I moved ... indigenous growth.Still more pictures from the River Trail. My brother Scot is on the other side of the bridge riding toward us. I actually crashed that day ... hard. And I wasn't even doing anything cool -- I just kinda ... fell.

Through the Trees

A shot of the falls from the trail

On the Trail

Dave and Scot on a hike

This is a picture of my brothers Dave and Scot on a trail. The only light coming through is filtered through the leaves and needles of the trees.Still more pictures from the River Trail. My brother Scot is on the other side of the bridge riding toward us. I actually crashed that day ... hard. And I wasn't even doing anything cool -- I just kinda ... fell.

Brothers

Me, and my brothers Dave and Scot

So Freaking Cold!

Why would anyone jump in the water at the top on a waterfall … especially when it’s all snow runoff?

My brothers and I look nothing alike ... I look Italian, Scot looks like a typical So Cal boy, and Dave looks ... well ... like the third guy from the left on the evolutionary chart. This is a picture of us on a bike ride somewhere in the woods.Just because it's hot OUT of the water ... doesn't mean it's warm IN the water. I decided to jump in the water at the top of Feather Falls ... it was SO cold!

Feather Falls

640 feet of water

Looking Down the Fall

So Beautiful!

Feather Falls is a narrow, thundering, 640 foot waterfall. From the place I took the picture I decided to find a trail to the top of the fall.Still more pictures from the River Trail. My brother Scot is on the other side of the bridge riding toward us. I actually crashed that day ... hard. And I wasn't even doing anything cool -- I just kinda ... fell.

Tornado!

Ok … so I’m a little ridiculous

Over the Top

Yeah … that’s a 700 foot drop under that rock

Me holding myself perpendicular to a pole ... wearing my ridiculous ugly hippie river sandalsScot and I sitting on a rock that sticks out over a 640 foot waterfall. Me ... trying not to look terrified.

Sunlit Path

Not really sure where this was taken … some where in the woods.

The Boys
