Hello,

My name is Melissa (but you can call me Mels).  I am an east coaster who was born and raised in the Bronx, NY.  My family and I moved to Massachusetts in the 90s .  Salem, Massachusetts (a.k.a. “The Witch City”)is where my family lives now. 

 

Please don’t be alarmed I am not a witch!

 

I balance my life between New York, Boston, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  Umass has been my new home since 2005.  I am currently a senior there double majoring in marketing and communication. 

 

In fall of 2009 I thought it was time for some change.  So I headed over  to the west coast on an exchange to the University of California Northridge.  I love it here at CSUN, the people are very welcoming and “hellah” cool.  It is very different from the east coast.  Let us thank California for ’In and Out Burge’ because its delicious!
