SED618 Flash In Class - The Sled Formerly Known as Rosebud
I made a couple of Flash animated sleds. The second was in response was in response to another student asking how it was done. Tragically. neither sled survives.
On the plus side, the Moodle-derived banner logos on these pages took a couple of hours in Photoshop. The color scheme mirrors that on my NHPS Moodle web site. This is an intentional design choice to create a sense of harmony, continuity and seamlessness between my sites. It is also an extended graphic riff on the Moodle logo.
This color scheme and layout is also an attempt to be as clean as possible. Most members of the EdTech cohort have chosen pictorially rich banners. My graphic choices run along more abstract, typographical lines. I've found you can do an awful lot with type.
Finally, this sense of clean, simple lines (Apple-esque?) is enhanced by the Spry widgets used at the left, and the fact that they remain, no matter where you are in your investigation of my portfolio.
