| A lower division course, Journalism 110 introduces students to basic news writing, interviewing, event coverage, copy preparation, and information access. You should leave the class with skills in 1) gathering information; 2) organizing information in an understandable manner; and 3) writing a news story. You will be expected to also master basics of style, accuracy and sensitivity. | |
