How to use access keys
This information applies to pages in the CSUN template system.Windows-press ALT + an access key. Macintosh-press CTRL + an access key.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
To apply for the Graduate Program, separate applications are required for the Department of Mathematics and for the University. All application materials must be received by April 15 to be considered for financial aid. For the Department, you must mail to the address below the following materials:
1. Application Form to the Graduate Program.
2.College transcripts (unofficial are acceptable)
3. Two letters of recommendation from faculty that can assess your mathematical strengths.
The materials above should be sent to:
Department of Mathematics
ATTN: GRADUATE PROGRAM
CSUN, Northridge, CA 91330-8313.
4. In addition you have to apply to the University through the Admissions Office. For information and to download an application go http://www.csumentor.com/
Note that official transcripts are required for the University application.
